Here's a picture of Velirium Quartet being coached by Dr. Robert Young. We performed the first movement of Maslanka's Mountain Roads for him and got some excellent feedback and direction. Lots of fun!

Reese Burgan, taking a ride on the solo changes on the March 6th Jazz Ensemble concert. Had a blast playing with the group and got the chance to solo on on "Freaks of Mayberry" by SHSU alum Sean Nelson, and "In a Tizzy" by Akira Sato. Looking forward to the Jazz Festival featuring world renowned bassist Lynn Seaton!

Congratulations to all the performers who participated in the recital, which included 4 quartets and 2 duets. The night was a great success!
